About Me...

 

I used to think that there was some magical formula, that explained why some coaches struggled to find clients while others thrived. I’ve since learned that there is a Blueprint and that putting the foundations in place makes us more likely to success.

 

When I left my corporate law job to start my first coaching business over 15 years ago, I made all the mistakes. I got into tax debt, I didn’t know how to sell my services and I sure didn’t have any systems in place.

 

Looking back from where I’m at now, I don’t recognise that woman, and I certainly don’t recognise that business. I’ve gone on to build coaching businesses with a global team of associate coaches, worked with some of the largest and most well-known companies in the world and been fortunate to make a difference in the lives of many leaders. I’ve also built a business that allows me to lean into my season of life and show up for my family, my miniature schnauzer Yoshi and myself.
