The executive coaching industry is not easy to navigate.Â
It is my mission to make sure that great executive coaches have all the tools and support they need to run their businesses sustainably and profitably. I want to help them to think like highly skilled business owners, and find joy in owning their role as a CEO as well as a coach.
About Ellie
Ellie is the CEO and founder of Lucent Global, an executive coaching consultancy.
Throughout her years as a coach she has done it all. She has been employed by a global organisation as an in-house coach, has worked as an associate coach and has run 3 coaching firms employing teams of coaches globally (in partnership and under her own banner).
Through her coaching businesses, Ellie has worked across many sectors including legal and professional services, ICT, energy and resources, retail asset management, financial services, for-purpose, and education. Companies that she has worked with include some of the world’s largest listed and private companies, global law firms, Big 4 accounting firms, big tech companies and ultra-high net worth individuals.
It definitely hasn’t been smooth sailing to get here though.
Ellie was also a former top-tier corporate lawyer who discovered early on that her path to a more meaningful professional life was outside legal practice.
Ellie worked with great mentors, and great clients to build her coaching business one client at time. She has grown to love the business of coaching as much as the practice of coaching. After 15 years she now wants to share the lessons she has learnt along the way about how to grow thriving executive coaching businesses.
