Mentoring
Each month we offer dedicated Q&A sessions to workshop your current challenges with Ellie and your peers. You can ask the group or get hot-seat coaching by Ellie. Bring whatever is on your mind – from growth strategy, specific questions about our monthly focus area or troubleshooting tricky client situations – it is all welcome here!
Deal Clinics
Each month we also offer a strictly off the record, unrecorded opportunity to talk all things deals. This is the session for you if you want advice or feedback on pricing, proposals, offer structures and pitch preparation.
Accountability
By being part of the ICC community we encourage sharing of your most ambitious goals and your progress towards them. All members participate in our annual planning day also, to help set your goals for the year ahead. Our Facebook group is also a great source of accountability support as we encourage members to post their goals, wins and achievements so the community can support them along the way. If you would like some laser focus on your business we also have some 1:1 coaching options available.

Great coaches aren’t always naturals when it comes to business ownership.

About Me...
I used to think that there was some magical formula, that explained why some coaches struggled with the business of coaching, while others thrived. I’ve since learned that there are two aspects to this flourishing – getting the foundations in place, and embracing business growth and your growth as a business owner as a key priority.
When I left my corporate law job to start my first coaching business over 15 years ago, I made all the mistakes. I got into tax debt, I didn’t know how to sell my services and I sure didn’t have any systems in place.
Looking back from where I’m at now, I don’t recognise that woman, and I certainly don’t recognise that business. I’ve gone on to build coaching businesses with a global team of associate coaches, worked with some of the largest and most well-known companies in the world and been fortunate to make a difference in the lives of many leaders. I’ve also built a business that allows me to lean into my season of life and show up for my family, my miniature schnauzer Yoshi and myself.
I am straightforward. I share the truths I have learnt along the way. I am practical.
