A bit about me...

I’ve been an executive coach for over 15 years, and I love it all. I love the practice of coaching and I love the impact we can have as executive coaches on individuals, companies and communities. The positive ripple effective is real!

Where I might be a little unusual is that I also really love the business of executive coaching. I have observed and experienced that when coaches have their businesses really dialled in, they can really do meaningful work AND live a great life, however they define that.

Our executive coaching businesses should be a source of joy, that allows us to achieve our biggest goals and dreams.

I work with executive coaches to help them do just that. To set up businesses that are profitable, sustainable, fun, and full of joy and meaning. That allows us to do important work, and to live the lives we have been hoping for.
